Dr. Aja Norman

Dr. Aja Norman moved to Bend in 2021 to work with the wonderful team at VRCCO. She is passionate about patient care and finds purpose in the ever-changing world of emergency medicine. Dr. Norman has always wanted to be a veterinarian and was able to make that dream a reality by graduating from the esteemed Colorado State University veterinary medicine program. After graduating, she completed a rigorous small animal rotating internship at the Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center
in northern California.

Growing up as an equestrian and working in various aspects of the veterinary community has fostered Dr. Norman’s deep love for animals. She is constantly striving to learn and grow in her practice as a doctor. In her spare time, you will find Dr. Norman riding her horses or spending time with her partner Erik rock climbing, hiking, and traveling. They share their home with three incredible dogs, Axle, Franklin, and Mayla, and an adorable cat, Avocado.
