About Ponch
Ponch spent his life helping other dogs and making special connections with people. There was nothing more important to him than creating a unique and undeniable bond with everyone he met. He spent many of his years in veterinary hospitals comforting and bringing smiles to staff. All the while being an avid blood donor for as long as his health allowed. Ponch also donated his time helping to train new doctors on how to perform orthopedic exams. Aside from always being a helping hand in the hospital, he also had an extensive modeling career including being featured in a Veterinary Orthopedic Textbook.
Ponch spent his last 4 years as the Chief Morale Officer at the Veterinary Referral Center of Central Oregon and not surprisingly made an everlasting impact on everyone he met. As Ponch was always welcoming and excited to see anyone he met, it felt appropriate to name the Food Truck Pavilion after him and do our best to emulate his spirit.
