Dr. Colin Taylor

Dr. Colin Taylor received his veterinary degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan, Canada, in 2015. He then worked as a small animal general practitioner in New Zealand and then as an Orangutan veterinarian in Borneo. He then returned to Canada where he worked as an emergency veterinarian before pursuing a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship at Texas A&M University and then completing a Small Animal Surgery Residency at Colorado State University.

Dr. Taylor loves all aspects of veterinary surgery including orthopedic and soft tissue surgery. He has a specific interest in minimally invasive surgery and enjoys the challenges of performing surgery on a wide variety of animal species.

Dr. Taylor and his dog Kevin enjoy traveling and everything the outdoors has to offer including backpacking, skiing, river canoeing and fishing. Dr. Taylor also loves to play ice hockey and golf.
