Dr. Ali Majer

Dr. Ali Majer was born and raised in Toronto, Canada but moved to the Pacific Northwest while in high school. She chose to stay in Oregon for her undergraduate degree at Oregon State University where she then pursued her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Following Veterinary School, Dr. Majer went on to complete a rotating internship at a large specialty practice in Toronto, ON followed by a surgical specialty internship in Seattle, WA. She has now come to Bend to pursue her dream of becoming a small animal surgeon by completing her Surgery Residency. Dr. Majer loves anything related to surgery, but is particularly interested in Surgical Oncology.

She has always had a love for animals, big and small, and grew up as a competitive horse show jumper. Her favorite activities now include spending time with her family, her dog Dexter, and going to concerts in her spare time.
