Over the past two years, we’ve trained Cricket to understand our scheduling process so it can guide you in setting up the right services for your pet. Cricket asks a few quick questions to find the best appointment type, then checks our scheduling system to find a suitable time slot. Once you’re booked, our Client Service Representatives (CSR) team is alerted to gather any necessary records and confirm the appointment details.

Currently, Cricket can assist with scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments. Cricket can also help schedule follow-up appointments based on your veterinarian’s recommendations and handle prescription refill requests!

Not at all. Cricket is here to make routine tasks easier, but it doesn’t replace our team, especially in cases where personal interaction is needed. For any urgent or complex questions, or if Cricket detects potential symptoms of an emergency, it will advise you to call or visit us directly. Cricket’s role is to free up our team for meaningful conversations and hands-on care when it matters most.
