Hi, my name is Erica and  I have been working at Veterinary Referral Center as an ED assistant since moving to Bend in October 2019.  I started out working in GP but once I joined VRCCO I realized that emergency was where I wanted to stay.

My favorite part about working in veterinary medicine is when I get to make a special connection with my patient and also with their pet parent. It gives me great joy and pride when I look into my patients eyes and feel as though I am truly helping them to get better and back to their pet parent.

Outside of work I love traveling, going to concerts and spending time with my family, especially by doing fun stuff outdoors. I currently have a cute little kitty named Otis that brings us lots of joy and laughter!
